      <image:caption>We found dozens of publicly available reports on discrimination and victimization at KTH Royal Institute of Technology between January 2019- June 2022. Many unreported cases from students while employees and PhDs are 191% and 344% over-represented respectively. Reports in connection with Gender and Ethnicity are most common. The latest discrimination cases that went to University Appeals are in connection with Ethnicity and Disability. A closer examination of the data reveals a troubling pattern in how KTH managed these reported cases under its then leadership and the policy of “Equal KTH“. Of the reported discrimination or victimization cases, only 17.07% were found to be “proven“. Among these, a mere 2.44% resulted in any definitive action following the investigation, and alarmingly, not a single case (0.00%) received any further follow-up. Additionally, we noted reporting inaccuracies and instances where incriminating evidence was escalated, which arguably should have been referred to the police or higher authorities. This statistical overview exposes factual deficiencies in KTH's institutional approach to preventing and addressing discrimination and victimization cases</image:caption>
